Honestly this thing just has me grinning every time I get to use it. I am currently in the process of eliminating all of my 2.5 acre lawn and my 853 is making short work of it. It's gonna help me set up a more efficient market garden as well as assist in my latest cut flower project. Already put the flail mower to the test and it is better than any other walk behind brush mower out there. I'll have to send more photos of property progress.
